MOBIOME_MAPPING_CMD

Hi there,

A simple question regarding to MOBIOME_MAPPING_CMD, in the properties file, we set

"MOBIOME_MAPPING_CMD=MosaikBuild -q (FASTQ) ....",

here the fastq file means the original fastq file used generating the input bam file?
