Support Prometheus mode (vs node mode)

ISSUE

Current state can be considered as 'node mode'
So, we can connect prometheus api to deal with all nodes temperature

• add prometheus mode to connect prometheus api
• e.g. CHECK_MODE in {PROMETHEUS, NODE}
