Suggestion: use `grep.app` as a backend

https://grep.app/ has an extremely fast api for grep-ing github repositories. I found one cli for it here, though it would be useful as a gh extension instead.

However, the service doesn't seem to support searching private repositories, so it doesn't fit my use case.
