How to Move K3S Storage

We are new to K8S/K3S and have 3 apps provisioned with local storage PVs.

K3S has created the volumes in /var/lib/rancher/k3s/storage/ but we want all our data under /data for various reasons.

How can we move existing PVs and specify that future PVs are created in /data?

This issue describes the parameter you are looking for. According to the first answer to this issue, existing volumes cannot be moved but must be deleted and recreated instead.
