pull request : add baz plugin manager for bash

hello dear people

i noticed that the bash section of the terminals are sexy homepage
has no plugin managers for bash, so i thought i might add my own,
you can find the pr in #318 and i need peoples opinion

you can react to #318 positively to merge it or ignore it or react
negatively if you want something else or dont want that to get merged at
all
