Getting 404 error for azureopenai integration with k8s gpt.

Hi Team,
I am getting "Error: failed while calling AI provider azureopenai: error, status code: 401, message: %!s()" while trying to integrate azureopenai with k8sgpt. How to debug the issue, I have checked some documentation, but I have given correct information as per my knowledge, Is there any steps to debug this issue. ?
