Support multus-calico with k8s version latest

Hi, I'm using k8s version 1.17.x. In this, extensions/v1beta1 api not support for Daemonset. I'm replace this api with apps/v1. Multus pod can run but when I create pod, net-attach-def don't add in pod. I think it is necessary to have a new update of the multus-daemonset file now

Hi @thanhlong9x can you post your manifests? you might also want to try deploying mutlus using helm you can use the chart located at https://github.com/k8snetworkplumbingwg/helm-charts

the char will create a daemonset with apps/v1, and even if you don't want use helm you can still use it as a refrennce.
