MCAC removal

MCAC has been deprecated for a while now and we have a solid replacement with the metrics endpoint in the management API.

Since MCAC is also plagued with a number of CVEs, we need to remove it entirely from the Docker images.
This requires to remove the MCAC injection code in the various Dockerfiles where it appears.
