karios-init breaking changes between 0.5.20 and 0.6.x not documented

When kairos-init 0.6.0 came out, it seems to have dropped -k and --k8sversion (I think in favor of --provider and --provider-k3s-version based on how myself and @robarnold have been using it). This isn't clearly noted in the release notes of 0.6.0, nor is it documented (in fact, -k and --k8sversion are still documented).

It's kinda in the release notes, but it wasn't obvious until I figured out what broke and what the fix was. This changed in kairos-io/kairos-init#154.

This is a very good point. We were supposed to advice and write up as it changed how providers work as well (installation of the provider software is now the responsability fo the provider instead of init, so for example the kairos provider will now install k3s or k0s itself, instead of init having to install the software for it or any other provider) but got caught up with all the work on Hadron.

We will at least update the release notes and the changelog on init and add docs about the transition in the kairos documentation about factory.
