Use old phone as "Hardware Wallet"

We could add a bounty for extending airgap or parity signer such that an old phone could be used as a hardware wallet.

Might also be interesting to have a wallet that uses old devices, tangem or whatever device for multisig. So not multisig where you rely on stellar, but multisig using threshold cryptography.
