pckg_m3u8_enc_key_uri returns enc.key

Hi,

using the sample configuration provided for drm-fps key is set via pckg_m3u8_enc_key_uri

But when requesting the manifest it's not set.

Also one more question - in nginx-vod project there was vod_drm_upstream_location (for getting key info) - is there something similar in this one or we need to use Lua/xx to fill in the var $pckg_var_drm_cbcs_json in this case ?

I have the same issue with m3u8 drm fairplay output on line

From my observing directive when used: pckg_enc_json $pckg_var_drm_cbcs_json; overrides directive set pckg_m3u8_enc_key_uri "skd://<your-string>"; and the URI in final output is set as URI="enc.key" which is default value the same if not set at all.

If I omit pckg_enc_json $pckg_var_drm_cbcs_json; then i get URI="skd://<your-string>" in m3u8 output set. This is weird behaviour. Why would setting up custum key, key_id, iv then output empty URI? docs: https://github.com/kaltura/media-framework/tree/master/nginx-pckg-module#pckg_enc_json

this is my example config which in practically identical as in docs with custom key, key_id, iv vector. I have also tried to set options system but with aslo no success and same issues as described.
