[Feature request] Batch convert tbl<->txt

I mainly use EnquettarM and works on texts in plain text to benefit from various editor/tools.
Recently I'm gonna introduce a tool to other translators and they are all using QTblEditor. If we can have a batch convert instead of convert them one by one, there'll be less asspain.

I have some progress on that in the develop branch, but currently it's only tbl->txt
