Support disabling akka actor and actorSystem instrumentation

kamon-akka-http module depends on kamon-akka which ultimately starts instrumenting akka actor and actor system.

Is there a way to just enable akka-http metrics and disable all other metrics for example, actor, actorSystem etc. ?

Somehow related. I'm just getting my toes into kamon.
How you can disable kamon for tests? Looks like all kamon stuff should be disable by default.

I'm using
fullClasspath.in(Test) := fullClasspath.in(Test).value.filterNot(_.data.getName.contains("kamon"))

But is a trick and within Intellij I still see Kamon trying to do stuff.
