I have recently upgraded Kan for the first time. In order for it to work I had to run a new service for the migration and it is not super user friendly. Having this extra service in the docker compose is confusing and require extra steps.

Have the migration process running in your Kan image.

Implementation ideas (optional)
Ideally when Kan is starting a first step would look if a migration is needed. If needed then execute it and if not it run as usual.
