Problem Installing 1.2.46

Description

Hello there,

I was using the Installer of my Provider All Inkl from Germany Version 1.2.46

After Installation, on first start, some updates occured, and MySql complained: Table db.columns already exists.

So with phpmyadmin I deleted the table. and I could start the project.

But now, when I want to save a new Project, the Table is still missing:

Internal Error: SQL Error[42S02]: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'db.columns' doesn't exist

So my question:

What is the easiest way to create the missing table?

I have no Shell Access for that project and I can only update through the web.

Expected Behavior

I can use Kanboard and create a new Project

Actual Behavior

Internal Error: SQL Error[42S02]: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'db.columns' doesn't exist

(I had to delete during Installation Process)
