Problem with sending keystroke to app below cursor.

Short Summary

Hello, I have perhaps unusual problem, namely I want to use kando with ms powertoys app, one of the features of powertoys is pinning active window making it always on top. I set up a combination of ctr+win+z combination and it works fine on keyboard and suprisingly i can make it work on an active window using kando to trigger on top state but i cannot disable the pinned state. The same combination triggers the state on and off but for some reason when i'm on an active pinned window and want to unpin it running macro / hotkey (as i tried both ways) pins the window that is below. I tried toggling on anf off - keep active aplication... setting but it didn't changed anything.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Run powertoys
2. Assing key combination to always on top mode
3. Assing the same combination to kando (macro or hotkey)
4. Open few random windows, like calc, explorer, browser
5. Make calc on top by using kando assigned combination
6. Try to disable on top using the same combination

Hi there! I have no idea how powertoys captures those global shortcuts. Maybe it intercepts them in some non-standard way at system level where the simulated key events from Kando are never processed.

You could try doing a similar thing with an AHK script. I think AHK simulates key presses a bit differently than Kando, maybe it works there. If it does, you could simply call the AHK script from Kando instead...
