Release new version to NPM?

Hi maintainers.
No new version has been released since Apr 2019, 4beb325.

There have been some updates since, that are not available on NPM. For example see e6727ff which updated the clean-css dependency to v5 (and related issue at #1119 which is still marked as open).

Sholud we expect any new releases coming out, or is this project effectively abandoned?

I came here for the same purpose to check if this still maintained, however after a quick research discovered that one https://github.com/posthtml/htmlnano

HTML Minifier and HTML Minifier Terser are currently unmaintained. HTML Minifier Next is maintained and compatible (npm, source). (You can compare—and correct—benchmarks with other minifiers.)
