Add "Step ID" support for all step extensions

Describe the Bug

• cf. [BUG] ids of steps are removed kaoto-backend#526
• cf. Default config tab using id instead of title? kaoto-ui#1534

The Step ID (ID: step-id-kaoto) was added and is displayed for the steps without extension, but step extensions have to manually show it.
