listenning on port 443

Hi. i am trying to redirect youtube.com website access to my localhost, using chrome browser, as far as i know it uses port 443. 
I tried your example and changed a lot of ports in my code 53,443.80. But it can't be
I can do this by editing hosts file in system32 "127.0.0.1 youtube.com" but i want to write my own application
Please let me know what I need to do!
