Remote Backup to Hetzner Storage Box - Compression?

Running BorgUI on Unraid.
The backups themselves are compressed and stored on Unraid
When I am uploading copies to Hetzner I assume I would pick uncompressed since the org. backup did the compression and doing it twice will not do anything.

Or is it better to backup right to the Storage Box?

I only have 100mbit upload, so backing up to Unraid and then to Storagebox I was attempting to save some BW
