LyricEditorVerifier should be able to auto-update by editor beatmap change event.

We need the create a check manager, for able to calculate the issue template if receive hit-object (usually is lyric or note) changed event.
And for the best performance, this service is only designed for lyric editor.

Where will the calculated issues showing?

• Issue table for edit mode. For now, one edit mode might have one issue table(Except view mode and singer mode).
  
• Panel in the lyric composer. Will have the panel for snowing all errors in the lyric.
