Move the time-line part into more generic location.

Part of #1766.
Should move this shit into container-level.

Will be used in the:

• Singer editor.
• Page editor.
• Classic layout editor.

Should give it a generic name, like lyric time line or something.

This component should be:

1. able to show and drag by mouse.
2. Should be able to add other blueprint.
   • Optional: should be able to show other control point?
   • Or maybe need to add multi layer of blueprints?
   • Other blueprint should be draggable.
3. lyric blueprint should be clickable or not.
   • Lyric blueprint should be able to customized the tooltip or the right-click menu.
4. should be able to show the timeline marker, like how adjust time-tag time-line did.
5. will load all lyrics at default.

• Let everything related to the editing or dragging things in the timeline use the same base class.
• Refactor the naming for the child class.
