Use `HitObjectValidator` to manage the lock state.

With HitObjectValidator, it should be easy to manage the lock state by property.

Before doing that, should think about what is lock means in the lyric editor(maybe means this property is checked and will not be edited anymore?)
Should it use in other place like note or even stage category?
