Should be able to replace the text in the typing mode.

Provide a tool to select the range of the text.
After create the range of the text, will have a popup to let user change the text.
All lyric property will be remain (e.g. time-tag or ruby)

This tool is for fixing the typo if user already create the time-tag and the ruby because delete the text and re-type them might affect those properties.
