Cant get tts to work

hi everyone, i just installed this on my linux distro, and i am trying to get websocket to work, i have a tts enabled websocket im running locally and ive tested it locally and it works, however when i run the game i cannot get it to work, theres no tts ingame at all, ive done the /enabletts and its enabled but still nothing. what am i missing or doing wrong?
