Support dynamic imports

Hello,
Thanks a lot for this plugin !
It works as expected except that it didn't add the extension on the dynamic imports which prevent them to load online.
Is is supposed to work?
If not it could be a great improvement !

Hey @rbenzazon , glad that it worked for you.
Currently it doesn't add extesnions to dynamic imports.
I don't know how babel deals with dynamic imports, but I believe that this plugin could add extensions to it too. I just don't know how we could achieve that, but I'll take look on that 👍
