Publish a new release

Hi,

Would you be open to setting up a GitHub CI/CD workflow to publish the book at regular intervals automatically?
The version available here — https://www.openmymind.net/The-Little-Go-Book/ — appears to be somewhat outdated.

I’m happy to submit a PR with the workflow if you’re okay with it.
Do you prefer scheduled releases (e.g., monthly) or just publishing whenever there’s a new commit to the master branch?

That PR would be welcomed. I think I've lost the ability to generate the pdf over the years 😊

I think on commits to master would be the most useful.
