As a User, I can run tests without manually installing the DB helper objects

On invocation the script should check for the presence of these objects in the target environment and install them if not present.

Two distinct approaches:

• Detect missing objects & install at test run time.
• Do the same at +INSTALL execution.

The problem with doing this at +INSTALL is that you don't know a priori against which DB you will be running, so maybe there's no choice but to do it at run time.
