Cache improvement

Problem

Currently it takes time to generate cache because we need to run the measurement and make it as table one by one

Solution

• We can create VIEW for measurement and just return as json from query
• Just generate necessary file without generate everything if we need to force regenerate a file

• General information to use one query
• Hydrogeology to use one query
• Management to use one query
• Drilling and construction to use one query
• Measurements to use one query
• Directly using ods instead from excel to ods
• Measurements of graph to use one query

• Update the uploader to just generate necessary cache file, e.g: If we are uploading "General Information", just regenerate that information
