Update API Connections #845
Description
We would like to expand the type of data we are receiving in the GGMN from our existing API connections. These are 5 new countries (7 datasets of groundwater quality and springs when available), as summarized in the table below:

In addition, we would like to request 4 new API connections: Estonia, Netherlands, Rwanda, and Taiwan.
For every country, we would like to request:
- Groundwater levels
- Groundwater quality
- Stratigraphic log (where available, e.g. Estonia)

- It is not entirely clear whether an API is already available, but we have been informed that one exists.

We would like to add two more APIs, but they are not available yet. However, we would like to begin development.
Please advise us on whether we should include them now for the final stage of this plan or request them separately once they become available:
- UK
- Canada (replacing the existing one)
