Add new functionality, to

- font formatting: subscripts and superscripts;
- insertion of embedded images from mspaint;
- insertion of embedded objects from other applications.
Perhaps I overlooked something.
This would make the ROS Wordpad a full replacement of that of Win10 while preserving
the good Win9x/Win XP GUI.
In Windows 10, the ROS wordpad can display correctly RTF documents with the above features,
