Should ignore editor or waiting exit code things.

If I edit file use vi for 10 minutes, exit vi will pop a notification tell me vi 10 minutes, that's not reasonable.
waiting exit code means open gui conflict tools, then save and exit.

I have been planning to roll a list of programs which should be excluded from notifying.
