We can't do that actually, whenever the as the pattern is made from the information itself.

I know this is late reply, but maybe it will help someone.
It is possible only through special services where generated QR code resolves to a URL serving your custom content. This is usually referred as dynamic QR code. Main benefit of this kind of codes is the QR code size, since it only needs to encode string of 15-25 characters. Also, since your content is stored on server, you can track scan statistics and, of course, change the content served.
