link to XML from editor broken

As the entire application is moved into /db/mermeid/ instead of /db/, the configuration's `document_root` parameter now points to /db/mermeid/dcm/ (via /storage/dcm/) instead of /db/dcm/. Not sure if the "storage" alias is even necessary any more.
