feature: quick start kind documentation

Feature Description

We have this https://github.com/kcp-dev/helm-charts/tree/main/charts/kcp#initial-access in helm-charts but this is not fully representative how to setup this using kind/production.

Proposed Solution

We should develop a more comprehensive quickstart guide on how to get running with kcp + helm + generating permissions certificates for dedicated workspace access.

Like:

1. Setup kind
2. setup kcp using helm
3. Setup 4 workspaces
4. Generate 4 certs and groups
5. Give access to 4 workspaces.
