Temporal scaler uses deprecated code to recover the queue value

The function getCombinedBacklogCount uses VersionsInfo which has been deprecated in favor of VersioningInfo. This new property doesn't contain the value of the queue directly and we need to investigate how to continue recovering the length without using this deprecated value

Hii @JorTurFer, is there any relationship between currentVersion and RammpingVersion to get the backlog count?

The current code is correct for now. A new mechanism will be released to fetch this data, this is deprecated to warn people that the current interface will go away. The deprecated mechanism will continue to be supported until the alternative is implemented.
