In the main popup, the bottom of the search bar section is visible when no DB is open (or connected) #341
Description
It should not be visible at all unless a DB is open and a search can be performed.
Seems to be a positioning bug which wasn't noticeable previously. Maybe Vue or Vuetify needs to be upgraded or perhaps there is a quicker tweak to some CSS that needs to be added (or removed if we were working around a previous bug - there have been several relating to the popup size and position over the years).
Impact seems to be only visual so not urgent but should try to fix it before the next release.
