Make bottom navigation bar fixed always(mobile)

• When a user logs in, the bottom navigation bar is fixed.
• But when a user stays in the site for some time or comments under a post and goes back, the bottom navigation bar disappears.
• The user would have to refresh before it appears again. And once a user refreshes on any of the pages, it takes the user back to login page (where he/she would have to put his/her password and login afresh). Please fix that.
