Keeshare with synchronization across multiple platforms

Hi there,
First of all thank you for maintaining this wonderful tool.

I've been struggling with KeeShare in the following setup:

• I have a personal database, stored at /home/cestmoi/keepass/private.kdbx
• I have another database that is shared with family members, stored at /home/cestmoi/familyshare/family.kdbx
• Using KeeShare, passwords are synced between private.kdbx and family.kdbx, i.e. in private.kdbx I have a folder called "Family share" in which family.kdbx is synchronized
• family.kdbx is shared via syncthing with my family members, who have a similar setup
• So far, so good.

Now, trouble starts here:

• I have another PC, the other one not running Linux but Windows
• Both private.kdbx and family.kdbx are synced via syncthing. The paths on the Windows PC are C:\Users\cestmoi\KeePass\private.kdbx and C:\Users\cestmoi\Familyshare\family.kdbx
• I can open private.kdbx and family.kdbx independently on the Windows PC
• However, if I open private.kdbx on the Windows PC then KeeShare goes looking for a file /home/cestmoi/familyshare/family.kdbx which the Windows PC obviously can't find because on the Windows PC the path is C:\Users\cestmoi\Familyshare\family.kdbx
• The result is that my KeeShare setup does not work on the Windows PC unless I update the path to C:\Users\cestmoi\Familyshare\family.kdbx - but then it breaks on the Linux PC.

Or am I doing something dumb?
Is there a way to customize KeeShare on a per-device basis?

Or do I need to approach this differently and have a "meta database" for each device, e.g. /home/cestmoi/keepass/linux.kdbx that syncs /home/cestmoi/keepass/private.kdbx and /home/cestmoi/familyshare/family.kdbx via KeeShare; and C:\Users\cestmoi\KeePass\windows.kdbx syncing C:\Users\cestmoi\KeePass\private.kdbx and C:\Users\cestmoi\Familyshare\family.kdbx?
