Keeshare works like this, in a true database sharing scenario:

Laptop kdbx <-> keeshare kdbx <-> Mobile kdbx

You would sync the keeshare kdbx between devices and each device would merge in the changes to their own local database.

You don't use keeshare to spit out copies of your database. You also don't use it as a multi merge tool. That is not what it is designed for.

Just use the base kdbx file in those scenarios and name sure your file sync is always working and automatic.

I share my kdbx between multiple devices using onedrive for 10 years and have never had a sync conflict.
