[Regression] Directories in `.config` folder

Before v5 version, it was possible to have directores inside the .config folder and they would be copied preserving the directories hierarchy, but now I'm getting an error Error: EISDIR: illegal operation on a directory, read. It seems that after reading the content of the .config folder, all the entries are processed as files, instead of detecting if they are directories and getting into.

I'm using glob to get files and their paths with the following parameters

  dot: true, 
  strict: true, 
  nodir: true, 
  ignore: ['**/.sharedconfig.yml'] 
}

And theoretically this should exclude empty folders (this was the case before v5 and after). The directory hierarchy must be copied normaly, if it has file in (as for example in ts-package-shared-config).

Perhaps you have a special case, perhaps there is a publicly available example, or you remember a directory structure that could lead to an error.

You can take a look at https://github.com/Mafalda-SFU/shared-config, but don't remember if it's fully updated.
