Ingestion logging do not validate dosage volume

• consecutive adds with "now" show same (time ago) in the ingestions view
• need input validation for quantity addition (maybe others, this is the only one i tested) - crashes with invalid input

I have moved "consecutive adds with "now" show same (time ago) in the ingestions view" into #519 and for the validation of inputs, could you please describe it happens in CLI or TUI (0.0.0-alpha.3)
