When I turn on the Amiga 500 (2 gotek drives), I expected the hand holding a disk image for KS 1.3 and it would wait for me to put a USB in and select an image. However, it flashes that image on the screen and it runs the drive light constantly.
I have reset the Gotek configuration and applied the follow config:
nav-mode = native
display-type=oled-128x64-rotate
autoselect-file-secs = 3
autoselect-folder-secs = 0
sort-priority = folders
rotary = full
I also tried with 'interface = amiga' and still experience the same issue even with a USB image inserted but no image selected. It's like it is making the Amiga 'loop' constantly checking for the 'disk'. I know from 'the old days' that there'd be a drive 'click' as the computer polled but this is a lot faster, and the image flickering is unexpected behavior.
FlashFloppy version 3.44 .. Both Goteks are of model SFRKC30.AT4.35
Any suggestion as to what to try? I've looked over the configuration information and am not sure what to do about it.
