EMU SP1200 Disks to Gotek .HFE images where to start ?

I am a Greseweazle 4.1 newbie : trying to read EMU SP1200 sampler images and than convert them to Gotek floppy emulator HFE images on Mac using command line terminal.
EMU uses unknow own format , my guess to use a raw format - what commands to read the 3'5" MF-2HD floppy ?

i've tried this : gw read --format=raw.250 MySP12disk01.img --drive=b --tracks=c=0-79:h=0-1

it returned an MySP12disk01.img on my Mac computer with Zero bytes data?

i am stuck where to go from here - a total newbe

edit: ive tried this command : gw read --format=raw.250 MySP12disk.scp --drive=b
it lookes like it worked as it saved a MySP12disk.scp on the Mac 34.2Mb large ..dont know why its so large is this normal? than ive tried to open this image with HxC Floppy emulator app on mac and converted to .hfe that resulted in 4mb file .. is this normal behaviour and the way it should work?

Just create an HFE file directly. gw read --drive=b name.hfe::bitrate=250

I've used this command to create an HFE from the sp1200 floppy image but the HFE file doesnt work in the Rossum 1200 . is there a different command that does work ?
