What a great project. Thank you for showing it here! Perhaps these will get wider distribution since there is (some) interest in Japanese systems worldwide. |

Just a quick update: I have now started manufacturing and selling my own Greaseweazle-compatible board in Japan under the Shachi-lab name. This is an unofficial board based on the open-source Greaseweazle project. There has been strong interest from users in Japan, and each small batch tends to sell out quickly. I intend to continue producing and restocking it regularly. Shop page: Thank you again for developing and maintaining Greaseweazle! |

Hi,
I just wanted to say thank you for the great Greaseweazle project.
I am a hardware/software hobbyist in Japan, and I made a small batch of Greaseweazle v4.1 compatible boards here.
The board is based on the v4.1 design and uses the original Greaseweazle firmware without modification.
I added only a few small changes for local use:
I made this mainly because it seems a little difficult for users in Japan to obtain Greaseweazle boards and related 5.25-inch FDD cables locally.
This is not an official Greaseweazle product.
I simply wanted to let you know that your project is also being used and appreciated in Japan.
Thank you again for the wonderful project.
