Are there any apps that utilize HSR-Scanner to salvage relics?

Hello,

Let's say a character wants relics with substats SPD, Crit Rate, Crit Dmg & Atk%.
I'm looking for an app that'll search through the relics and automatically salvage for me relics that:

1. Already have the last slot unlocked, and the relic has 3 or more of these stats on the relic.
2. Don't have the last slot unlocked, and the relic has 2 or more of these stats on the relic.
3. Maybe even change the conditions depending the piece has a fixed primary stat.

Right now that's not possible to do using the simplistic in-game filter that includes/excludes substats.

I feel like there might be one already out there, does anybody know? Thanks.

Have you looked at the relic potential feature on fribbel's HSR optimizer? In the relics page, you can specify a character to quickly see which relics have the most potential, and to see which relics you should salvage, just sort the column by increasing max potential.
