Switch from Bioconductor Rarr to CRAN blosc? #132

Description

@pepijn-devries

Currently, Bioconductor's Rarr package is used to decode zarr data. At the moment I have written a lightweight zarr-handler in my package CopernicusMarine, but would like to replace it with a dedicated handler. I think pizzarr would be great for this if on CRAN.

I think depending on a bioconductor package will make it more difficult to get a package on CRAN. Instead, you could consider the recently published package blosc as an alternative.

For inspiration you could have a look at https://github.com/pepijn-devries/CopernicusMarine/blob/master/R/cms_download_subset.r

If you need information, or if I can contribute in any way, please let me know.
