ISRC submission links not hidden

It seems the ISRC submission link check is case-sensitive.

I can't figure out why the ISRC is not being shown as submitted/existing. MasigcISRC can see them but harmony does not.

From the International Standard Recording Code (ISRC) Handbook – 4th Edition, 2021, International ISRC Registration Authority:

ISRC is alphanumeric, using digits (the ten Arabic numerals 0 - 9) and the 26 upper case letters
of the Roman alphabet.
Lower case letters are not strictly permitted by the specification though it is recommended that
systems map lower-case letters to their upper-case equivalents before validating or using
codes.

So it seems to be perfectly valid to upper-case all codes that are processed by Harmony.
