Users should receive newsletter after being validated and approved #73
Description
Users are added to the newsletter whilst still unvalidated and unapproved. Not sure if there is an easy way to avoid this but it would be nice if they didn't get added to the newsletter straight away. Especially since they may register with an invalid email and that will create a bounce in MailChimp.
