Letsencrypt certificates

We have implemented Letsencrypt certificates on Kendra.io sites
These will need renewing in 60 days or so (expire in 90)

When we renew:
Put all domains on one certificate
At present the following have separate certificates (with multiple alternative names)
www.kendra.io
hub.kendra.io
builder.kendra.io
office.kendra.io
www1.kendra.io
but www2 fell foul of the rate limit of 5 per master domain 5 days
So I suggest we use one certificate and have all the variants as alternative names.

We should do this well in advance of renewal.
